Central to my approach is my belief that a crisis is an opportunity for personal growth and change. By identifying and clarifying areas of discomfort and stress, accepting emotions, exploring past and current experiences, I seek to encourage clients to recognise their strength, develop their personal and interpersonal skills and overcome inner barriers.

I offer a safe place for self reflection and a place, in which issues can be explored. Some clients may come with a specific issue or simply the desire to work on themselves. I aim to provide a confidential and non-judgemental environment in which thoughts, feelings and images can surface and be acknowledged.

I am deeply respectful of unfolding psychological processes which let you discover meaning behind crisis and confusion.

These processes can be supported by working on dreams, by expressing images in works of art or simply by talking.

I provide counselling for individuals of all ages and from all walks of life. I work with a diverse range of issues such as (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, trauma and sexual assault, anger, stress, self- doubt, low self-esteem and purpose.

Fees and appointment times are negotiated. Each session is 50 minutes.

Confidentiality according to professional, ethical standards is upheld at all times.
